These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Outwit, a gaming platform offering a collection of games, competitions, and leaderboards (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service — whether as a guest or with a registered account — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The Service may include virtual currency and other virtual items. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable outside the Service. We may modify, grant, or adjust virtual currency balances at our discretion — for example, to correct errors or address abuse. Virtual currency and items are forfeited when your account is deleted.
The Service includes competitions and leaderboards. Rankings and results are determined by our systems based on gameplay. We may disqualify entries, remove scores, or exclude players from competitions where we reasonably believe cheating, exploitation, or other unfair play has occurred. Our decisions on competition results are final.

The Service, including its games, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove scores, or reset progress if you violate these Terms, engage in cheating or abuse, or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are continually improving the Service and may add, change, or remove games, features, competitions, or content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular game or feature will remain available.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that progress, scores, or virtual items will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual currency, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
